Southern Wine & Spirits Dining Room
A private wine tasting at the New York Wine and Culinary Center will exceed even the highest of expectations. As the host of your own wine tasting, you select the wines from a menu of New York State's most acclaimed producers. Our knowledgeable staff will guide you through the history of each winery and the nuances of each wine. Wines are served in elegant glassware to enhance the experience. A plate of New York State artisan cheeses is provided for each guest. Your private tasting will be held in the Southern Wine & Spirits Dining Room where you will be seated around a grand hardwood dining table. In the company of friends or loved ones and with a view of Canandaigua Lake, your experience is complete.
