Chef's Table

These classes are designed to be fun, relaxing, and an escape from the daily grind. They are a great way to learn basic cooking techniques while enjoying your family and friends in our Hands-On Kitchen. The Center's Chef Instructor will provide a history and overview of the recipes while demonstrating proper knife skills and professional culinary techniques. After the lecture, each island of eight people, working in teams of two will create the entire menu to be plated and served Family-Style under the guiding hand of our Culinary Instruction team. The Center’s Pastry Instruction team will prepare and deliver a seasonal dessert, while a perfectly paired New York State wine will be served with the meal. We assure you that no one will leave hungry!
