Cooking with NYS Wine

Let's take the mystery out of cooking with wine. New York State produces many fabulous varieties of wine that are great for both cooking and enjoying with your meal. Wines range in intensity, color, dryness, and sweetness and all of these factors should be considered when adding wine to a recipe. You will learn how to pair wines with your foods when planning a menu. We will also explore traditional recipes and a variety of flavor combinations.
