Gluten Free Family Meals

Removing the wheat flour from your kitchen isn’t as difficult as it sounds. Gluten intolerance is a growing concern for many and the Center is ready to help you along this new dietary path. Use New York’s agricultural bounty to create wheat-free meals that will please everyone’s palates. Join the Center’s Chef Instructor as he demonstrates techniques that you will then apply to your culinary creation as you and your partner prep and cook your dish, platter your food, and share family-style with everyone! A perfectly paired New York State wine will be served with your meal.

  • Salmon Quinoa Cakes & Tartar Sauce
  • Flourless Chocolate Cake & Warm Berry Compote
