Poached scallop with apple and pear tartar finished with honey-lemon beurre blanc
Second course
Curried carrot and egg yolk ravioli with red pepper coulis & micro arugula
Third course
Panzanella stuffed tomato finished with walnut vinaigrette
Fourth course
Corned rack of lamb with Merguez sausage, roasted plum caponata, couscous, lamb jus
Fifth course
Ricotta and goat cheese torta, with  brûléed peaches & mint
