Honeoye Falls Distilling Dinner

Join us in the Sands Gallery for a Distillery Dinner with Honeoye Falls Distillery! The New York Wine & Culinary Center’s Chefs will be pairing Honeoye Falls Distillery's outstanding collection of spirits with entrées made with fresh, local ingredients. In addition to the cocktails that will be paired with each dish, a small sample of the spirit will be served to taste it in its natural state. Enjoy six pairings while HFD's head distiller, Teal Schlegel, explains the spirits and pairings, how HFD was founded in 2013, and what they've done to get to where they are now.
