Rooster Hill Vineyards Winemaker Pairing Dinner

Join the New York Wine & Culinary Center for our first Winemaker Pairing Dinner of the New Year!  Rooster Hill Vineyards, located on the east side of Keuka Lake, produce red and white wines recognized around the world. Rooster Hill wines have earned hundreds of medals since the winery opened in 2000 and have been featured in Wine Spectator and other national wine magazines.  

New York Wine & Culinary Center Executive Chef, Matt Laurence, has put together a carefully crafted five-course dinner with each course pairing with one Rooster Hill wine.  You won't want to miss out on this dinner, Rooster Hill is featured at the New York Wine & Culinary Center throughout the entire year at dinners and Summer Garden Mixers and many events in-between, if you haven't tried their wines yet or are a fan of them, this is sure to be amazing dinner experience unlike any other!
